Agnes Watsemba is a Manager in IPA’s Right-Fit Evidence Unit, based in Uganda. Prior to joining IPA, she was an independent consultant, leading evaluations and evidence-generation projects for governments, national and international NGOs. She also served as a MEL consultant with Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, where she supported the design and implementation of targeted learning initiatives for global immunization programs. Earlier in her career, Agnes worked with Living Goods, RTI International, and World Vision, designing and implementing monitoring, research, evaluation, and learning initiatives to strengthen health programs. Agnes holds an MSc in International Public Health Nutrition from the University of Westminster and a Master's in M&E.
