IPA Philippines Presents Community-Driven Development (CDD) Evaluation Preliminary Results
On August 23rd, Ariel BenYishay presented the preliminary results of a five-year evaluation of the Philippine Community-Driven Development (CDD) program, locally known as KALAHI-CIDSS (KC). This study was done in partnership with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) and the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) to assess the impact of CDD on access to key services and quantity and quality of participation in local governance. The event was attended by about 200 representatives from government, development organizations, and international funding agencies.
