On February 24, IPA Philippines Country Director Nassreena Sampaco-Baddiri presented in a webinar session entitled "Revisiting Fundamentals of M&E in the New Normal" for the 2021 Monitoring and Evaluation Forum organized by the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).She discussed the importance of prioritizing M&E in this context, highlighting the use of CART principles, and how IPA is adapting to the changes in executing tasks needed for M&E in the new normal.
