On November 8, IPA Peru Country Director Juan Manuel Hernandez-Agramonte presented at the International Seminar on Educational Research at Instituto Colombiano para el Fomento de la Educación Superior (ICFES).With support from ICFES, IPA Colombia invited Juan to Bogotá to present on his experience of working with MineduLAB to run randomized evaluations in Perú and create institutional capacity within Peru's Ministry of Education to promote decision-making based on rigorous evidence.
