As part of its Research Collaboration Initiative (RCI), IPA will hold a virtual webinar on September 4, 2025 from 6:00-7:15pm East Africa Time (EAT) / 4:00-5:15pm West Africa Time (WAT). This session will serve as a space for researchers in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs) to connect, share experiences, and explore opportunities to work together more effectively. The RCI Advisory Board will play a central role in leading and contributing to this session, sharing insights, helping frame the conversation, and guiding discussions to ensure the event delivers practical value to the broader LMIC research community.

This webinar will bring together LMIC researchers to share lessons, build networks, and provide practical guidance for building successful research collaborations. The objectives of the webinar will be to:

1. Strengthen partnership and collaboration among LMIC researchers;
2. Create space for knowledge exchange and peer learning;
3. Enhance LMIC-led research efforts and success stories; and
4. Map potential partners for funding.
