Request for Proposals | Operations & Startup Consultant for Ethiopia
1. RFP Objective
IPA invites interested and qualified offerors to submit bids for the RFP for an Operations & Startup Consultant for Ethiopia. Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA) is conducting a comprehensive assessment of the operational landscape in Ethiopia. This assessment aims to ascertain the feasibility of establishing an office, evaluate the capacity of local partners, assess the ability to conduct research activities within the country, recruit staff, and identify potential risks associated with IPA’s operations. IPA seeks an Operations & Startup Consultant in Ethiopia to undertake pivotal tasks during this initial scoping phase, with a primary emphasis on evaluating the safety and security environment.
2. RFP Timeline
The timeline for the RFP process is outlined as follows. Although we do not anticipate any changes to this schedule, we reserve the right to make adjustments as deemed necessary.

4. Bid Validity
