IPA's Global office invites qualified offerors to submit proposals for the provision of web development and maintenance services for the Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA) website.

Please see the Request for Proposals overview document for more details, as well as Amendment No. 1 for further clarifications in response to questions submitted by offerors. The deadline to submit questions was Tuesday, February 10, 2026.

The deadline for receipt of proposals is Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at 12:00 PM EST. Proposals must be submitted ONLY to global-procurement@poverty-action.org; please include the RFP number in the subject line of your email for easy reference.
