Request for Proposals | Consulting Services for IPA Mexico
1. RFP Objective
IPA Mexico invites qualified offerors to submit proposals to supply and deliver consulting services in support of the Strengthening Program for Alternative Justice in Criminal Matters (FORJA). IPA Mexico seeks to contract an external consultant with expertise in operational design and technical validation to participate in the development of operational models.
2. RFP Timeline
The timeline for the RFP process is as follows. While we do not anticipate any changes to this timeline, we reserve the right to make adjustments to it as we see fit.

4. Bid Validity
