Zin Nwe Win is an Associate Research Manager at IPA Sierra Leone. Previously, she worked at IPA Myanmar, where she supervised and implemented multiple research projects such as large-scale impact evaluation on equitable off-grid energy access. She also led a grant project on measuring women's intrahousehold bargaining power as the primary investigator. Her work spans panel agricultural surveys and qualitative studies. Before IPA, she interned with Plan International Myanmar for a nutrition assessment and worked as a part-time Research Assistant at SOAS University of London. She holds a Master's in Migration and Development Studies from SOAS and a Bachelor's in Social Sciences from Chiang Mai University.
