Zin Nwe Win is an Associate Research Manager at IPA Sierra Leone. Previously, she worked at IPA Myanmar, where she supervised and implemented multiple research projects such as large-scale impact evaluation on equitable off-grid energy access. She also led a grant project on measuring women's intrahousehold bargaining power as the primary investigator. Her work spans various domains, including panel agricultural surveys and qualitative studies. Before IPA, she interned with Plan International Myanmar for a nutrition assessment and worked as a part-time Research Assistant at SOAS University of London. She holds a Master's in Migration and Development Studies from SOAS and a Bachelor's in Social Sciences from Chiang Mai University.
