Wisdom is the Operations Manager for IPA Ghana. He is an experienced professional with several years of experience in NGO operations and international development. Prior to joining IPA, he was the Operations Manager at Stepping Stones for Africa NGO, where he oversaw the operations of the organization and led several initiatives with key development partners such as the World Bank and the French and Swiss embassies. He also has prior experience from the ECOWAS Commission in Abuja, Nigeria, where he worked with the Directorate of Early Warning, focusing on building cross-border early warning alerts for member states in the sub-region.
