Will Sims is a Senior Manager for IPA's Right-Fit Evidence Unit. He previously worked as a Strategy Consultant in Accenture, supporting clients across the healthcare, energy, and consumer goods industries. He served for two years as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Guatemala, where he implemented the Youth Development Project's Monitoring & Evaluation efforts. He has also worked with UNHCR on the development of global statistical guidelines for refugee data. Will holds an MPP with a concentration in International Economic Development from the University of Michigan and a BA in Philosophy with a minor in Statistics from the University of Chicago.
