Will Sims is a Senior Manager for IPA's Embedded Labs Team, supporting IPA’s strategy to co-create embedded evidence units within government organizations. He previously worked for several years with IPA's Right-Fit Evidence team, developing data and MEL systems for over a dozen NGO, government, and donor clients. Before joining IPA, he worked as a Strategy Consultant with Accenture and as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Guatemala. Will holds an MPP with a concentration in International Economic Development from the University of Michigan and a BA in Philosophy with a minor in Statistics from the University of Chicago. He is based in New York City.
