Dr. Mutabazi is a medical doctor and the Director of the Ministry of Health of Rwanda. He has extensive experience in grassroots clinical work for primary health programs, programmatic research and clinical trials related to public health programs. His current interests are in HIV and other Communicable Diseases prevention programs.
