Victor is a Research Analyst at IPA Peru. He assisted in multiple evaluation projects based in LACO, focused on education. He is currently working on a project aimed at reducing child labor and human trafficking through mentoring and informative procedures in Guatemala. Victor holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Universidad de Piura (UDEP).
