Valeria Villafuerte is a Senior Policy Associate at IPA Peru. She leads qualitative studies that complement research and policy projects. She is currently involved in several education-related projects for both Peru and outside of the country office. Before joining IPA, she conducted educational policy evaluations for the Ministry of Education of Peru. Valeria holds a Master's degree in Public and Social Policy from the UPF Barcelona School of Management and Johns Hopkins University, and a BA in Anthropology from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
