Ulrich is the HR & Administrative Officer for Côte d'Ivoire and Regional HR for IPA West Africa. Joining in August 2026, he aligns people strategy, organizational priorities, and operations across the region. Ulrich brings over 20 years of executive HR experience across the agro-industry, fintech, banking, mining, shipping, and supply chain sectors. As a former HR Director and strategic talent partner, he specializes in workplace transformations and workforce planning. Leveraging deep consulting expertise in the training sector, he focuses on corporate capability building and driving leadership development initiatives. Ulrich holds a BA from the University of Cocody and is pursuing an MBA at Wrexham University's North Wales Management School.
