Touba Bakary Pare is a Senior Field Manager at IPA Burkina Faso, having served as a Field Manager since July 2016. He has worked on several projects, including the Sahel Social Protection Program and Measuring the Livelihoods of Smallholder Farmers projects. He first started at IPA as a surveyor in 2014 and moved to Field Coordinator in 2016 on the Family Planning project. Touba earned a Master's degree in Biochemistry from the University of Ouagadougou.
