Tilomian Gnantchê Kone is the Operations and Finance Manager for IPA Francophone West Africa Country Office (Côte d’Ivoire, Mali, and Burkina Faso). She has more than 10 years of work experience in the finance and administrative management of nonprofit organizations and cooperation agencies. Prior to joining IPA, Tilomian supported the implementation of several humanitarian and development projects in different countries across West Africa. She holds a Master’s degree in management and accounting from INTEC Paris France and a Master's degree in NGO and Associations Management from the University of Ouaga II in Burkina Faso.
