Tilomian has been the Operations and Finance Manager for IPA Francophone West Africa since April 2023. She has 16 years of cumulative experience in the NGO sector and international cooperation agencies, with a professional background in financial, budget, human resources, administration and operations management. Tilomian holds a master’s degree in accounting and management (DSCG) from the Institut National des Techniques Economiques et Comptables (INTEC) of Paris, as well as a master’s degree in NGO and Associations’ Management from the University of Ouaga II in Burkina Faso.
