Thierry Ogoutchoro is a Senior Research Associate at Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA) in Côte d'Ivoire, with over 10 years of experience in research design, survey methodology, CAPI programming, fieldwork management, data quality assurance, and quantitative analysis. He previously worked as a Research Associate at IPA Mali from 2022 to 2025. He has worked on research and impact evaluation projects across West Africa in collaboration with organizations including Northwestern University, UNDP, INSAE, RISE, the Gates Foundation, AFD, IRD, and Société de Développent International (SDI). He holds a Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics and Economics from the African School of Economics (ASE).
