Thadeus is a Research Associate working on LLM-driven audit tools in support of consumer protection initiatives with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas. Previously he worked on the Philippines Socioeconomic Panel Survey supporting an RCT on the quality of field hires in Western Visayas. Prior to IPA, he led the development of blended finance models for an afforestation and reforestation carbon project in Mindoro, and contributed to grant-writing efforts targeting corporate partners. He has held consultancies in data science and natural resource governance, including work with regional government, the Philippine Department of Health, and various private-sector clients. Thadeus is a PhD candidate in Economics at the University of the Philippines.
