Success Abba is a Field Manager for IPA Nigeria. In this role, he oversees field operations and supports the implementation of research projects, including the Safe Spaces Project. He has experience coordinating field research teams, managing qualitative and quantitative data collection, and supporting evidence-based policy research. Success holds an MA in International Affairs and Diplomacy from Ahmadu Bello University, an MA in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from the National Open University of Nigeria, and a BA in Mass Communication from Benue State University.
