Stephen (Steve) Mboroto serves as a Data and Reporting Engineer at IPA, driving key data insights and reporting strategies to elevate organizational decisions. With over a decade of experience, Stephen has led data analytics and consulting initiatives with industry giants like Standard Chartered Bank and Mindrift, consistently translating complex data into strategic clarity. He holds a Bachelor’s in Actuarial Science from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, a Master’s in Finance from the University of Nairobi, and recently completed MIT’s Data Science and Machine Learning program, where he developed skills in machine learning, Python, and advanced business analytics.
