Stephen Kagera is currently working on the Grow project in Uganda. Stephen joined IPA-Uganda in 2011 as a data entrant and is now a Research Associate. Since joining IPA, he has worked on various projects on Health, Governance, Environment and Small & Medium Enterprises. He holds a BA of Urban and Regional Planning from Makerere University.
