Solomon is an IT Officer at IPA Uganda. He previously worked as a Survey and IT Programmer, Data Manager, Data Officer, Team Leader, and Data Entry Officer with IPA. He is a graduate of Makerere University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Urban and Regional Planning. He has worked on several projects at IPA, including Increasing Access to Financial Services for HIV/AIDS Patients in Uganda (FCG), and Evaluating the Impact of Loans, Grants, and Training on Small Businesses in Uganda (SMG).
