Sneha is a Senior Research Manager at IPA overseeing the implementation of Prof. Dean Karlan's research projects and initiatives. Since 2023 she has been on secondment to USAID's Office of the Chief Economist as a Senior Advisor. She continues to spend a portion of her time on providing strategic oversight and management support to large scale multi-year projects implemented by IPA Philippines.
