Silvana is a Research Analyst for IPA Colombia. In this role, she supports projects related to migration and financial inclusion. Before joining IPA, she worked as a Research Assistant at New York University in Abu Dhabi, developing a language learning model using different artificial intelligence platforms. She holds degrees in Political Science and Business from the same university.
