Sharon Espinoza is an economist specializing in applied research, data analysis, and machine learning for public policy. She currently works as a Research Associate at IPA Peru. She has contributed to impact evaluations in Peru, Paraguay, Ecuador, Honduras, and the Dominican Republic. Her experience includes RCTs, advanced survey methodologies, representative sampling, and large-scale data analysis. She has strong skills in statistical tools and data analysis, with experience in automation and modeling for research applications. Sharon holds a BA in Social Sciences with a major in Economics from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. Her interests include youth development, behavioral science, health, and education.
