Sara Sylvan manages a grants portfolio for projects in Asia and Latin America, and countries where IPA does not have a country office. She has seven years of grants and contracts experience. Prior to joining IPA in 2014, Sara worked as a Senior Research Administrator for the Robert H. Lurie Comprehensive Cancer Center of Northwestern University. She has an MPPA from Northwestern University and a BA from the University of Wisconsin, Green Bay.
