Santiago is a Research Analyst at the IPA Colombia office. In his role, he works closely with the ICBF in designing a survey for adolescents about behaviors and substances with addictive potential. Previously, at the University of Los Andes, he supported the cleaning and analysis of data for the ALIVE project (of which IPA is also a part), which aims to reverse the detriments to mental health in adolescents due to poverty. Santiago holds a BA in political science from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia and a MPP from the Universidad de los Andes.
