Sam is a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in the Washington, DC office. He supports IPA's global hiring needs by connecting IPA to diverse talent and partnering with hiring managers to facilitate the best interview experience possible. Prior to joining IPA, Sam spent four years in talent acquisition within private sector spaces, from startups to large corporations. Most recently, he has worked to embed a strong DEI mission as part of recruitment and interview strategies by establishing new practices and partnering with minority-led professional networks and organizations.
