Salomé is a Research Analyst at IPA Colombia. In this role, she supports projects related to early childhood development. Prior to joining IPA, she worked as a Specialist in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Research at Red PaPaz, an NGO dedicated to the protection of children in Colombia. She also served as a Research Assistant at Centro Imagina at Universidad de los Andes, focusing on topics such as migration, mental health, and access to health services. Salomé holds a BA in Economics and a BA in Government and Public Affairs, both from Universidad de los Andes.
