As a Senior Policy Associate at IPA Mexico, Said collaborates closely on security and justice projects, working with project coordinators. He played a key role in implementing the Focused Deterrence Strategy for Violence in Mexico City for the past four years. Previously, he worked at the Academic Directorate of the Memory and Tolerance Museum and CIDE. Said holds a Bachelor's in International Relations from Ibero-American University in Mexico City. He also has diplomas in violence analysis, government, management, and public policies from CIDE.
