Rupar Win is a Senior Administration and Finance Assistant at IPA Myanmar. Prior to joining IPA, she worked for the Myanmar Environment Rehabilitation-conservation Network (MERN) and at Young Chi Thit (YCT) as a Finance Assistant. She has attended Project Proposal Development training in Vietnam and Gender & Sex training, Women Leadership training, and Civic Education training in Myanmar. Rupar obtained her Bachelor's in Population Studies at Yangon Institute of Economics in Myanmar.
