Rosa works as a Research Associate at IPA Peru. She has worked in various projects in Peru, Paraguay and Honduras that seek to evaluate the effect of interventions on education, microfinance inclusion, criminality and antisocial behavior, and gender-based violence. These evaluations are conducted in collaboration with the Inter-American Development Bank, the World Bank, as well as other private and government institutions. Rosa has formerly worked as a Research Assistant at Group for the Analysis of Development (GRADE) on projects regarding management skills in female entrepreneurs, financial inclusion, corruption, among others. Rosa holds a BA in Economics from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP).
