Romuald is a Senior Research Manager for IPA Francophone West Africa and is based in Côte d'Ivoire. He started at IPA in 2016 in Mali as a Research Coordinator, implementing long-run follow-up surveys in agriculture and education. Much of Romuald's work involves supporting the office in the development and implementation of projects in the region. He has experience working on various topics; notably but not limited to peace & recovery, health, education, early childhood development, and youth employment. Before joining IPA, he worked as a Research Associate, Technical Advisor for some institutions. Romuald holds a master’s degree in public economics and applied statistics from the Institute for Empirical Research in Political Economy in Benin.
