Romuald is a Senior Research Manager for IPA Francophone West Africa (FWA), covering Burkina Faso, Mali, and Côte d'Ivoire where he is currently based. He started at IPA Mali as a Research Coordinator, implementing long-run follow-up surveys in agriculture and education. He also supported the Mali office in the development and implementation of projects related to peace & recovery, governance, nutrition, and health. His experience in Côte d'Ivoire covers education, youth employment, and early childhood development. Before joining IPA, he worked as a Research Associate, Technical Advisor, and Consultant-Statistician for some institutions. Romuald holds a Master's degree in Public Economics and Applied Statistics from IERPE and a Master's degree in Mathematics from the University of Abomey-Calavi, both in Benin.
