Richard Attibu manages the administrative and operations team and oversees HR, Procurement, Inventory, IT, and safety and security in the Ghana office. Prior to joining IPA in 2011, Richard worked for over 8 years in various capacities across different sectors including as Finance and Production Manager for a food processing company and as Research Supervisor on Harvard University and ISSER's Time Use and Health Study (TUHS) arm of the Womens Health Study of Accra (WHSA). He holds a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Ghana and an MBA in Risk Management from the University of Wales. Richard is also a Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) passed finalist.
