Raquel is responsible for supervising the field work and coordinating active projects, ensuring the submission and management of requests, requirements, and support at all levels. Before joining IPA, she worked as a management assistant—where she developed her skills in document and people management—and then as a project manager, leading initiatives in the field of artificial intelligence. Raquel studied Entrepreneurship Administration and Management, obtaining a Bachelor's degree from the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas.
