Quetzali Ramirez Guillen is a Research Associate at IPA Mexico working on projects related to police organizations and the statistical analysis of criminal records. Prior to joining IPA, Quetzali worked as an intern at JPAL where he helped develop an online course in impact evaluation. Quetzali holds a BA in Public Policy from the Center for Research and Teaching in Economics (CIDE) in Mexico.
