Phoebe Mulama is a Policy Assistant for IPA Kenya. In her role, she provides daily administrative support to the Policy team and the IPA Kenya country office. She previously served as a Field Manager and Senior Field Officer. Phoebe holds a BSc in Food Science and Nutrition from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, and an MBA in Project Management from Kenyatta University.
