Peter LeFrancois is the Deputy Country Director for IPA Kenya. He initially joined IPA as a Research Associate in Kenya where he worked on a project in Bungoma from 2012-2014. He became a Research Coordinator in 2015 and then a Senior Research Manager before assuming his current role as DCD. Originally from New Hampshire, he also worked as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Mali from 2006-2009. He holds a BA in International Affairs from George Washington University and an MA in International Policy Studies from Stanford University.
