Pamela is a Senior Research Manager with the Consumer Protection Research Initiative, supporting regulatory partners across Eastern Africa to strengthen market conduct supervision and data-driven consumer protection. Before joining IPA, she served at the Bank of Uganda, where she led work to enhance macroprudential surveillance and regulation and the oversight of the credit information sharing system in Uganda. Pamela holds a BSc in Mathematics and Accounting from Loughborough University and an MSc in Complex Systems Modelling from King's College London.
