Paloma is a Project Associate of the ceasefire initiative from the project "Building Effective, Resilient and Trusted Police Organizations in Mexico," where she coordinates efforts to build the social services and community component. Before IPA, she worked on the implementation of a financial inclusion program for the beneficiaries of the Conditional Cash Transfers program in the Dominican Republic in 2015. She also worked for the Mexican federal government in education and development. Paloma holds a BA in International Relations from the Tecnológico de Monterrey.
