Oumar Koné is a Policy Associate at IPA Côte d'Ivoire. He is currently working on the Ed Lab project, whose mission is to provide technical assistance in implementing the Ed Lab work plan and to help build the capacity of public sector stakeholders involved in defining and implementing education policies. Previously, Oumar worked within the IPA-CI RFE team as a junior M&E associate on education and ECD projects and as a supervisor at the European Institute for Cooperation and Development. He has also worked as a research associate at the Ivorian Centre for Economic and Social Research (CIRES) within the Unit for the Analysis of International Economic Relations. Oumar holds a Master’s degree in Development.
