Leticia has been a Field Manager with IPA since 2021. In this role, she has worked on projects such as Early Child Development and Montagnes Research, with responsibilities in planning, team supervision, quality control, and budget management. She first joined IPA in 2016 and has previously served as a consultant in roles such as field investigator, back-checker, and data collection supervisor. After earning a certificate in Program Monitoring and Evaluation at the Center for Research and Action for Peace, she has supported the RFE team at IPA Côte d’Ivoire since August 2025 on the Child Learning and Education Facility (CLEF) project, focusing on monitoring and evaluation activities. She holds a Master’s degree in Hydrogeology from Félix Houphouët-Boigny University.
