Oswald leads digital strategy and storytelling at IPA, where he manages global content, campaigns, and platforms to amplify evidence that drives development impact. With a background in strategic communications, international development, and youth engagement, he has shaped high-profile initiatives across West Africa and beyond.

He holds a First-Class B.A. in English and French from the University of Ghana and an M.A. in Communication Studies. He also earned a Diploma in Filmmaking from the New York Film Academy, completed an academic exchange at Justus Liebig University in Germany, and is an alum of the Yale Writers’ Workshop.
