Oluwafemi Aro is the Senior Monitoring Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Associate of the Consumer Protection Embedded Lab, a program that seeks to support IPA’s Consumer Protection Research Initiative in Nigeria to develop solutions for digital financial services and consumer risks. Before joining IPA, he was a Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at the Tony Elumelu Foundation, where he developed M&E systems for pan-African entrepreneurship programs spanning all 54 African countries. He holds a B.Sc. Microbiology from Adekunle Ajasin University.
