Nneka Esther Osadolor is a lecturer in the Department of Economics at the University of Benin, Nigeria, and a PhD candidate in economics at the University of Ibadan. Her research focuses on the intersection of human capital development—including education, health, and social protection—and gender. She has led and contributed to field-based research across several countries, working in partnership with institutions such as the World Bank, Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA), and the Center for Effective Global Action (CEGA). Nneka currently serves as a fellow in the African Fellows in Education Program, where she continues to advance evidence-based research to inform policy and practice across the continent.
