Nicol works as a Senior Research Associate at IPA Colombia, supporting the use of qualitative methods. She currently works on several projects in the migration portfolio that address the socioeconomic integration of the Venezuelan population.  Previously, she worked as a Research Analyst at IPA on projects evaluating the impact of large-scale regularization programs of Venezuelan migrants in Colombia. Nicol holds a BA in Anthropology and an MSc in Gender, Peace, and Security from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Her areas of interest are gender, peacebuilding, conflict resolution, migration, and qualitative methods.
