Nick Ayugi oversees the tracking and monitoring of E4D-SOGA program whose aim is to understand the effects of the SOGA project on employment and the welfare of the beneficiaries over time with a view on the gendered impact of the project and to evaluate the differences in the effectiveness of the training as provided by different institutions. Prior to this role, Nick managed a sanitation project in urban slums in Nairobi in partnership with Sanergy a social enterprise NGO whose aim is to create a clean toilet habit among the slum dwellers. Nick holds a BA in International Relations from Makerere University and pursuing an MSc in Development Studies at Jomo Kenyatta University.
