Natalia Duran is the Policy Manager of the migration portfolio at IPA Colombia. Previously, she worked in the public sector leading programs for social inclusion in the national and local governments. She served as coordinator of nine integration centers in Colombia, an initiative from the presidential office financed by USAID. In the local government, she developed as Secretary of Social Development and Head of the International Affairs Office. Natalia is a political scientist from the Universidad Javeriana with a MA in Development Studies from the University of Melbourne. She also has diplomas in International Cooperation, Multidimensional Poverty Index, and Migration Management.
