Natalia Mora holds a BA in International Relations from the Universidad del Rosario (Colombia) and an MA in Intercultural Conflict Management from Alice Salomon Hochschule (Germany). She has experience in strategic planning and assessment tools for public policies and a strong ability to analyze and build qualitative and quantitative research. Natalia also has experience with project management working with international cooperation from formulation to M&E to execute activities in different areas such as agriculture, education, and human rights, using a logical framework. She works on fundraising and grant management with a range of partners and as Grants Officer supporting activities for Latin America.
